University Park- Screened-in Patio

A screened-in patio was built on to the existing 1930's home in University Park. Foundation was poured and timber were used to erect a pavilion style screened-in patio. Custom built floating stairs were constructed with mahogany treads and LED lights. The tongue and groove ceiling lights up at night with LED lights mounted to the Douglas fir beams.
